Fabritius Gruppen (100 %)
Fabritius develops and manages central warehouse and logistics properties in the Greater Oslo area. In recent years, the company has built modern warehouses for a number of large customers such as Sport Holding, Europris, OneMed and 360 Logistics. The company has large development areas in Gardermoen and Drøbak. Fabritius is also the owner of the construction management company A Bygg, as well as a shareholder in Eidos, which develop a large urban area on Lierstranda outside Drammen.

Værdalsbruket (100 %)
With its 900.000 decares, Værdalsbruket is Norway's largest privately owned property. In addition to hunting and fishing, the company also runs extensive forestry operations, and owns large deposits of lime stone which are mined in partnership with Verdalskalk and Heidelberg. Værdalsbruket is also a major shareholder in InnTre Kjeldstad with operations within timber production, sawmilling and wood processing.

Gjelsten Bolig is one of Norway's largest developers of commercial and residential projects in and around Norway's largest cities. Gjelsten Bolig has over the past decades built over 12,000 homes and 800,000 m2 of commercial and industrial space, and continuously has projects with several thousand homes under development.

Pellestova Hotell (100 %)
With a history going back to 1946, Pellestova has always been a favourite place for skiers. The hotel has several restaurants and a rare wine selection, and offers accommodation and conference facilities in beautiful mountain surroundings, and a number of activities during both summer and winter. All hotel rooms have recently been completely renovated, and a new hotel wing with 30 rooms will be finalised in 2024. In addition, 16 exclusive apartments are now being built, which will be handed over to its new owners in 2025.

NOAH (100 %)
NOAH is a leading European player in the treatment of inorganic waste, and since 1991 has ensured that dangerous waste have not ended up in nature. The company is defined as critical infrastructure as it plays a critical role for Norway and a large number of industrial companies, and ensures that Norway's international obligations relating to recovery, storage and recycling of waste can be met. Through the wholly-owned subsidiary Rekefjord Stones, NOAH also extracts and sells high-quality stone to the Norwegian and European market. NOAH is also shareholder in Morrow Batteries, which develops modern and sustainable battery solutions.

Ultimovacs (19 %)
Ultimovacs is a Norwegian biotech company that develops an immunotherapeutic and universal cancer vaccine which, in combination with other types of cancer treatment, can be used against several forms of cancer. The company has an extensive clinical program, including five different Phase II studies with more than 670 patients with five different forms of cancer. The company is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Helgeland Invest (83 %)
Helgeland Invest is a regional investment company with origins in the Helgeland coast of Norway and focuses on real estate investments and sustainable and forward-looking investments in growth and technology companies. Through its ownership in Vigner Olaisen AS, the company is a shareholder in Nova Sea, which runs a leading salmon farming operation at Lovund, as well as a shareholder in the battery development company Freyr Battery.

Sport Holding (47 %)
Sport Holding is Norway's largest sports retail player with around 375 specialist stores across Norway, offering high-quality sports equipment and clothing from well-known brands through the concepts Anton Sport, Sport 1, Intersport, Löplabbet and Sportsnett. Sport Holding is also the owner of Bergans Fritid, which has developed technical clothing and outdoor equipment for dedicated hikers for more than a century.
